I guess when I became a Mom I always thought that my children's first words would be Mommy or Daddy... just kinda figured that was "normal", whatever normal is :)
well Kelsey defiantly didn't start out with that, she signs mommy and daddy but doesn't speak it yet. Instead her first words were "Sit" and "Dog". Sit sometimes comes out sounding like.... well you can figure that out and Dog comes out sounding like God a lot of times... :) So yea... not sure why those are her first words but well, I guess well take it! :) she really likes saying them and usually they don't sound like something bad so I like it! :)
I've said it before but I'll say it again... I LOVE seeing her learn and grow!!!
Oh and she is also starting to sing with me... which is SO fun to listen to. In the car when I'm singing or even if the radio is just playing she will start to "sing". It sounds different than her typical babble and when the music stops she stops too :)
