Many years ago, long before I met Brian, when I just had hopes and dreams of being a wife and Mother, I started to crotchet. I started in Bible school with scarves and toques. Those turned into baby blankets and eventually some bigger blankets. Now many years later I pulled out some of those little hats and tried them on Kelsey. They fit perfectly and looked so cute on her. So cute in fact that people have been asking where I bought them... so humbly I told them I made them. Long story short, I've decided to make a few more and sell them.... so here are a few of my little creations. I've really been enjoying learning new patterns and seeing how they turn out. I don't hope to make millions but it's really more for the enjoyment!

Good for you, the hats look great! Nothing like learning how to crochet in Bible school, those were some good times in the Fish House =) I've made some little hats for my girls too- so much fun.
ReplyDeleteI seriously have a crush on the green one pictured. How big do you is it? Do you think it would fit a two year old?
ReplyDeleteSo this is my first time to your blog - linked from Renee Kreiser's blog. I was lured here by your BEAUTIFUL toques! And I was wondering what you charge per hat? I may want to hired you to make custom ones for my nieces for Christmas...if you're interested.
ReplyDeleteLet me know...
